Job Description

We are a business center company based in JLT Free Zone, and we
are in need of a Receptionist with proven UAE experienced, with preference to applicants with experience in real estate companies and/or with track of record handling as a front for a business center.

You are expected to;
Collect, sort, prepare and distribute mail, messages and courier deliveries
Handling telephone system & photocopying machine system
File and maintain records
Greet person entering establishments determine nature and purpose of visits and direct of escort to specific destination
Hear and resolve complaints from customers
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen and forward call, providing information and taking messages
Providing administrative support, typing memos and correspondence.
Provide information about establishments such as location.
Offering drinks to visitors, Tea, Coffee or water.
Other duties tasked by the business center manager.

Salary commensurate to your experience, plus we provide accommodation in JLT area, visa and yearly medical insurance.
