Duties and responsibilities

• Candidate should have the ability to prepare quantity take-off.

• Candidate should well verse with the floating inquiry.

• Should be able to prepare a comparison statement for material and subcontractors’ quotations.

• Candidate should perform to do Collection of quotations/analyze the quotation for various subcontractors.

• Ability to coordinate with subcontracts or suppliers for the procurement Requirements.

• Should be graduate in Civil Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience with construction/development.

• Salary Range 10K to 12K.

• Should have good communication and written skill, fluent English is a must.

• Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.

• Excellent technical grounding in all aspects of QS or cost management is essential.
