Manager – Standards & Monitoring

Job Purpose

This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of training standards across operational business units in DA. He/she implements and where required; develops policies, practices and standard operating procedures to create and maintain an optimal environment to meet the strategic goals of DAT (Dubai Airports Training).

This role will also be responsible for governing DA Training, measuring results, including impact and transfer of learning to the job. They will be accountable for generating training analytics and dashboards to demonstrate these.

 

Qualification & Education

Qualification in a recognized Body in Auditing/Process Improvement or other related certification.

Member of a Professional Governance Body with a certified technical knowledge of IT systems and functions

Must be a holder of university degree ideally in Business Administration or ICT

Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in L&D and/or HR function role with specific working knowledge in implementing & managing L&D administration and operation related tasks.

An in-depth knowledge of analyzing data, generating dashboards and use of a Learning Management System (LMS) is critical to this role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is a high level of report writing skills.

IT literacy in Excel, Microsoft Office, power point and LMS platforms

 

Knowledge

Ability to design, develop and evaluate effectiveness of a competency driven training framework for a broad range of technical and operational staff post training

Ability to energize and inspire the team to deliver innovative solutions.

Familiar with digital training solutions and working knowledge of LMS systems

Professional expertise in project coordination and follow-ups.
