1. have GL Accounting experience for 2-4 years
2. have Healthcare background in UAE
3. Can join immediately
4. Open for taking new task as per work requirement
5. Flexible with respect to office working hours and committed to ensure that work is done in a timely manner without compromising the deadlines

Job Description:
1. Bookkeeping of Real Estate Company including:
Journal Preparation
Documentation
Financials (BS / PL)
Month Close Year Close
2. Ensure Data Accuracy
3. Analyze Financial Information
4. Tracking fixed asset ledger
5. Collaborating with various departments such as Sales, Legal and other departments
6. BS Reconciliation, Aging
7. Compliance with local laws like VAT, etc.
8. All kind of banking activity like external payments and payroll, Cheque preparation, visiting bank
9. Assisting group companies in activities as allocated
10. Ensuring information is provided on a timely manner
11. SPOC for Audit
