• Provide direct support to internal and external events of client.
• Research requirements and context for various events, meetings and conferences.
• Own the events budget and calendar, team communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis.
• Coordinate exhibit design, technology, and management with designated vendors/partners.
• Provide expert guidance on the most efficient and effective options for building/curating/creating exhibits, supplies and experiences to suit specific event needs.
