AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better

Key duties and responsibilities

• Lending & Liability sales Supervision of Reconciliations and Schedules
• Ensure to achieve the budgeted profitability of the branch on a monthly basis & to review this along with the RM & branch staff in order to take corrective measures.
• Continuous monitoring of the portfolio
• Regulatory , Compliance & Audit
•  Responsible for preparation of action plan in order to achieve overall objectives of the branch along with Regional Manager
•  Monitor competitor activities of the area & report them to superiors accurately
• Induction carry out , identify training and development activities  of branch staff and & coordinate with respective authorities in order to provide training
•   Market share to be increased
•   Customer complaints to be bear minimal

Key Requirements

•   Qualification in Credit Management / SLIM / CIM or Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
•   6 -8 years working  experience in a reputed Financial Institute or a Bank
•   Hands on experience in Advanced functionalities of Excel
•   Exposure in ERP systems &  Time management
