Full-Time Administrative Officer – Transportation

Job Description

• Managing and organizing schedules & routes for regular pick & drop of staffs, and making sure drivers are aware of their duties.

• Plan & direct transportation for daily request on Material collection and other trips for local and remote destination.

• Prepare/process of petty cash for transportation related expenses.

• Traffic Fine: Daily/weekly review of traffic account and follow up & payment of Traffic fines

• Salik: Register new vehicles and monitor all accounts for Top up as required on weekly basis

• Monthly Fuel: Addition and deletion of vehicles, review consumption, monthly payment summary and coordinate other disputes in ADNOC Wallet and SAFEER EMARAT.

• Vehicle Registration: Coordinate for insurance & registration of new vehicles, Tracking & Renewal of existing vehicles.

Desired Candidate Profile

– Candidate should be available for personal interview in Abu Dhabi

– Candidate should have strong experience in managing the transportation schedule, time management, fleet management, etc

– Good communication skills in English & Hindi/Urdu is required considering the work environment

– Should be well presentable
